Do not come to this restaurant for brunch!! The service is bad, the food is mediocre, and the portions are small for most dishes. The chicken and waffles are good, but is just one waffle and one piece of chicken. The eggs Benedict is terrible, as not only are the portions small, but the eggs were hard boiled and there was a lot of yellow/wilted arugula with it. Steak dishes were not cooked at the desired rareness, and it was cold. It was also rubbery as well. Wait time was long, the waiter didn’t even pick up the menus after ordering, and the water tastes like soap water. It is also hard to flag the waiters. There is also a train right by the restaurant, so it is loud. The recent change in management and the chef may be the reason why this restaurant still has 4 stars, but this is a terrible place for food.

Updated to respond to the Owners lies. Over a month ago we asked over and over for contract. His response was that he was busy. It was always coming but he had confirmed our date and location. We have ALL the messages. You took our deposit without any mention of an issue. Last year we had 44 people upstairs comfortably but this year our group was too big at less than 30. PLEASE STOP LYING. No one in our group try to get out of there without paying. I believe they were looking for the discount that you offered, and then refused to give. You went back on your word to even try to help with YOUR mistake double booking the room. A simple apology for the mess up, and any attempt to rectify. The situation would’ve made all of this no big deal. Instead, you lied to us and you’re continuing to lie here to all the people reading these reviews. Tonight we hosted a Newcomers Club event from a neighboring town. Our members have been complaining about the service there but tried to give them a chance. We have hosted our couples kickoff event here for the last few years in their upstairs loft. It has lots of entertainment like shuffleboard and a pool table. When we arrived the room had been given to another party with no notice. The bigger issues is how myself and a number of our members were treated through the night. We were given nasty attitudes and the General Manager was so nasty and rude and refused to even have a conversation with me about what happened. He sat on his phone instead of acknowledging me waiting patiently to speak to him. Over 30 people witnessed this and have now refused to come back here should we host an event here again. There is no excuse for the way the poor service and lack of professionalism we experienced.

Couldn’t have found for a better place to celebrate my sister and her fiancé’s bridal shower! Caroline was amazing with helping me through out the process of getting it together so was Jackie! Food and Service was AMAZING! Definitely recommended for any event!

Service was poor. Food was delivered to us but our server never came back to check on us. we tried getting his attention multiple times to order more drinks but he was chatting it up with bartender. Once I finally got his attention to get us our check it took another 15- 20 minutes to bring it over. I would understand if he was running around to tables but we couldn’t even get him to look in our direction. All in all we were probably done with our food and drinks for 45 minutes before he ever came back. A shame because the atmosphere was pretty cool and the food wasnt bad.

Started evening off with no drinks and terrible service and attitude from the server. Then the food arrives and all 3 appetizers were cold. The waiter made it out to be our fault that the food was cold and the service was off. Definitely won’t be coming back and I suggest you don’t either.

Beautiful hall…great selection of local and imports, full bar, they’ve spent a lot of time curating a menu so it can double as a great place for a solid meal. Burgers are a bit over cooked, but on point, fries and garnish all great. We had a few of them. The Nachos were not good… no taste at all… the presentation was more like pita chips and a hummus plate, but friendly staff and well done everything else :) My family lives in Ridgewood, and this was a great option to have for a local spot. Could have been on Wall Street… the dark wood interior, the thoughtful interior, chandelier, a perfect place to rent out even!

Hands down the worst service i’ve ever gotten in my life. Started off by the extremely rude waiter not giving any menus. I was with a larger party and asked if we could move to somewhere with a bigger table, as they had us sit in two different tables. I would understand if that wouldn’t be possible, but I was immediately given a rude response. I ordered a shirley temple. It was poorly made very watered down. Definitely one of the worst shirley temples of my life. I ordered the 50 cent wings that they sell on Wednesdays which tasted absolutely horrendous. I asked for a napkin from the waiter and was ignored the first time. I ask for another napkin and he throws at me a rag that he keeps in his back pocket that is used for cleaning tables and wiping sauce. This is something that could’ve been reported to a health and safety department. I then reported this waiter to the manager, who was just as much of a jerk. He didn’t seem to care about the service. This is definitely the worst food and service i’ve ever gotten. I will never be coming back.
